Tormato has been much maligned as being one of the weakest Yes albums. I totally disagree with this assessment. If I had only one Yes album to own, it would be either Close To The Edge or Tormato. Yes, that's right; i put Tormato up there as being one of the two best albums by Yes. "On The Silent Wings of Freedom has to be one of the best songs ever recorded by this band.I realize that I am in the minority but I am thoroughly puzzled by critics agreeing that this is a weak album. Listen up people! You don't have to agree with the critics! Their opinion is no better than yours. Do yourself a favor and listen to this album with no pre-conceived opinion. You just might find that you really like it. By the way, I give this album 5 stars. I haven't heard the remastered version with all the additional songs. This review is for the original version with just 8 songs.
