Soraya Arnelas Orchentas

I´m really in love with the powerful voice of the spanish singer Soraya Arnelas. I discovered her in youtube and since then I began to follow her music. In this 2006 album she does an extraordinary job doing covers from hits songs of the
80´s (for me, the best ones are Spagna´s hit "call me" and Human League´s "don´t you want me"). Soraya´s voice flashes all over the whole album, supported by magistral musical arrengements that respect in most of the tracks the original sound. Some of the covers are even better than the original ones (tracks 4 and 6). The only exception is the cover from the 70´s hit "because the night" by Patty Smith, that is really different from the original song, but with a catchy and enjoyable dance rythm. Don´t wait any longer and enjoy Soraya´s magnificent voice and music.
