Soundtrack music is generally overlooked but that's not the case here. Mainly, the fun score attached to UP is a cut above the norm.

Being an animated film, the music from UP never misses a beat from what you're watching on the screen and never strays toward silliness.

Even the music rolling by with the end credits is so perfect you'll forget it's not just a lengthy cartoon but a real FILM.

Whimsical and light, UP still has some dramatic moments, tearjerkers in fact, but they blend like clouds in the sky. Worth a listen and a fine addition to any serious collector's library.
