This album was amazing straight through. There is plenty of verity here and nothing ever really gets old on this record. So it may have been a bit more commercial than their other albums it is still a very standout record. This is really an album you could throw on anytime and jam out to some and chill out to others. Its also a great album get immersed into Mastodon's music. This album doesn't take any time time to grow on you and is an album I would recommend to any metal fan and maybe even to those who don't even like metal... at least not before they heard this album.
