Despite kem's obvious comparison to "old boy"-A.J.. this was a solid 1rst
release.heavily jazz influenced,socially conscious &respectful towards the
femmes'. Real love music !.. without overt references to "all I want iz your
booty" type lyrics was refreshing.Too bad he, kind of, fell off cause good
music is rare( back then & nowski) so enjoy all of da' smooth cuts & the
thought provokin'cuts on this piece..w/ the exception of the Neo soul artist,
nobody'll "bring it" like kem again.....peace
