Totally agree. This guy should have won X-Factor Australia.

While this guy didn't win X Factor, Australia he is another example of the losers being better than the winners in TV talent quest.

He has an unusual tone to his voice that make most of the covers here a little bit different and while it isn't the sort of album I'd normally buy I've made an exception with him. Quite possibly a (rock) star in the making.

Let's hope that in the future he gets to either write songs or have them written to suit his weird rock vocal styling. Track picks - Into My Arms (Nick Cave), Folsom Prison Blues (Johnny Cash) and Bette Davis Eyes (Kim Carnes).
